  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 3 shallots
  • 1/4 c EVOO
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup Primal Kitchen Mayo 
  • 4 oz. unsweetened applesauce


  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and applesauce. When combined, cover and refrigerate while preparing the rest.
  2. Thinly slice onion and shallots, placing them all in a sauté pan when finished.
  3. Whisk oil and cinnamon together and pour over the onions and shallots, cook on medium high.
  4. While onions and shallots cook, heat TRIBALÍ sliders from frozen cooking about 3-4 minutes per side.
