How often do I receive my products and can I choose my delivery window?
Shipments are automatically processed every 30 days to receive monthly shipments. In case you're not getting through all of your products in 30 days, you can update your delivery window to 60 days in your account.
Can I cancel my subscription? Is there a minimum shipment amount?
Of course! We do have 2 shipment minimum when subscribing to our Subscribe & Save monthly shipments. You are able to cancel your subscription within your account after your second shipment has been processed.
Can I change the products in my subscription?
Yes, you can add/change the products to your subscription in the My Account page.
