Angela Bicos Mavridis discovered the nurturing power of real foods as a kid in her grandmother’s kid in her grandmother's kitchen.

During summers spent in Greece, she learned the joy of ancestral ingredients gathered from nature and seasoned with loving care.

Today, Angela and her brothers strive to make ancestral eating fit into your modern world using only ingredients you'd find in any cook's pantry.
