Use our patties to make a classic burger or to accompany any side, get inspiration from our recipes. Our patties are ready in less than 10 minutes! We like to pan fry them, but you can follow package directions using the method that works best for you:
- Broil: Preheat broiler. Place frozen patties in a broiler pan on a rack 3 to 4 inches from heat. Broil 10 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
- Grill: Cook frozen patties over hot coals or on a gas grill 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
- Pan Fry: (our preferred method) Preheat a heavy cast-iron skillet. Place frozen patties in skillet and turn burner to medium-low heat. Cook 10-12 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
Keep in mind that cooking times may vary. Grass-fed and finished beef should not be overcooked. Patties are done when internal temperature reaches 160 degrees fahrenheit for beef and 165 degrees fahrenheit for chicken.
