Because 100% Grass Fed and Finished Beef is better for you and better for the animal. True Grass Fed & Finished Beef is higher in vitamins A, E, and antioxidants — but most importantly, it’s higher in “good” omega-3 fats and lower in “bad” omega-6 fats. Remember it’s not: “You are what you Eat, but you are what your Eat, Eats.” Look for “grass finished” — most labeled grass fed beef is “finished” on grain, corn and soy. Unless your label says it’s 100% grass fed and finished, then the cattle is likely grain-finished, and therefore NO better than feedlot, conventional beef.
