LEMONGRASS BASIL CHICKEN MEAL

Slow cooked chicken is paired with peppers, Shiitake mushrooms, and tangy, Thai-inspired flavors. Thai basil and lemongrass dance in a citrus-ginger coconut milk sauce with a hint of star anise. We've served it over diced cauliflower to make a hearty meal.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

PAN FRY (Our preferred method)
Remove from carton. Pierce plastic and cook on high for 4 1/2 minutes. Remove from microwave and let sit before eating. Stir and enjoy!
GRILL
Preheat oven to 350º. Remove from carton and remove plastic wrap completely. Wrap tray in aluminum foil for best results. Place in oven and heat for 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven. Let sit for 3 minutes. Stir and enjoy!
BROIL
Preheat broiler. Place frozen patties on a rack 3 to 4 inches from heat. Broil 5 1/2 - 6 1/2 minutes per side
